How to report a bug?

If you are having any issues with our games, we would kindly ask you to send a report to our customer service team.

Please make sure that you include all the necessary information to help us resolve your issue more effectively. 

What we need to know:

  1. Name of the game that you are having issues with. 
  2. Your mobile device model. (Please make sure to include the correct version number, as different versions have different configurations. If not sure, please visit this link). 
  3. Your operating system version. (If not sure, please visit this link)
  4. Screenshot or a short video recording of the issue. (Feel free to use your built-in screen recording app or any of the other available screen recording apps)
